William F. Gottheld was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, fraternity brother and friend. Will loved people and was a loyal and trusted friend. He was not the loudest person in the room, but he had a presence. He had an amazing wit, with funny side remarks. Will's sense of humor was one of his best qualities, of which he had many. Will was meticulous, driven and a hard worker. He enjoyed playing many different sports, loved music, building with wood, fishing, hunting, and so much more.

During the pandemic he spent his time building beer die tables, fishing, and golfing. He played 75 rounds of golf the summer of 2020. 

Will enjoyed bringing his friends together, especially his fraternity brothers. In April 2021, Will organized the first UB - TEP golf tournament. He was instrumental in getting some of his brothers either back into golf or to start learning the game. TEP Buffalo decided to name their annual golf tournament after Will. There were so many friends and family interested in playing, we decided to create a Team Will G. Memorial Golf Tournament in 2022.   LLWG
